The beam carrier (GBS-KL) rests with the lip on the toe board or trimmer beam and is then mounted in the back of the beam shoe, after which a cross beam is inserted (and attached to the sides).

Common sizes

Available for the usual head sizes of both planed and non-planed beam wood.

Note
Only use the fasteners in the back plate, side flange and top lip. If the beam carrier is attached without proper fasteners and only to the upper lip, no absorbable forces can be assigned to it.
